Debbie is owner of Brawley Farms North and the lead horse riding instructor. To say Debbie has horses in her blood is an understatement. Her parents established Brawley Farms when she was a child and for 45 years, have continued to guide and inspire students throughout the Northwest. Instructed by her mother Judy Blevins Brawley in the classic style, Debbie had fantastic success as a junior before turning professional.
Part of the second generation of a three-generation legacy, Debbie leads Brawley Farms North with the guiding principles of quality horsemanship and dressage fundamentals. Her hunter/jumper students are successful in the ring from lead line to Grand Prix.
Rachel is the pro rider and one of the horse riding instructors. Rachel began her riding career in the foothills of Boise, Idaho. She credits her vast horsemanship knowledge from not only her many years of working with talented hunter/jumper trainers, but through her experiences with dressage and western trainers as well.
Rachel has been a member of the Brawley team since 2010. She has competed in numerous Derbies and was the 2018 Regional Performance 3’3″ Hunter Champion on Renaissance.
Rachel focuses on developing a good partnership between horse and rider. She thrives on helping her students improve. She hopes to pass on to her students her good work ethic, her dedication to horsemanship, and her overall love for horses and this sport.
